Braun Oral B Toothbrush Heads

The Braun Oral B Toothbrush Heads are available for every Oral B rechargeable toothbrush, making Oral B the last toothbrush you may ever need to purchase.  Interchangeable brush heads are available with soft bristles for sensitive teeth and gum’s and harder bristles for regular cleaning and polishing functions.

When using an Oral B rechargeable toothbrush with the SmartGuide technology, the digital display will indicate when it is time for you to change the brush head, taking the guess work out of replacement and ensuring that your teeth and gum’s are receiving the best possible cleaning.  Other Oral B rechargeable toothbrush models offer an indicator light on the unit to provide the same convenient notification and reminder.

Oral B replacement toothbrush heads conveniently come with a color band to assign a different head to each family member.

Braun Oral B Toothbrush Heads Features

  • Easy to remove and replace brush heads
  • For use with the SmartGuide technology which indicates brush head replacement
  • For optimal brush performance replace as indicated

Braun Oral B Toothbrush Heads Review

Pro: I find that different members of our family go through their replacement heads faster than other members.  It may depend on how hard they press or how many times per day that they are brushing their teeth.  In any event the thoughtful addition of the color coding enables us to keep organized as a family using an Oral B dental health cleaning system in the main bathroom.

Con: I wish the toothbrush heads themselves were completely colored instead of just the single narrow band.  Sometimes they get a bit built up with toothpaste and stuff and it gets hard to see the colors, especially for kids who are more likely to just grab the first one.  A bigger color band or a completely colored brush head might be a nice idea.

Oral B Vitality Sonic Review

Pro: A good clean design and easy to use toothbrush.  I like it.  I don’t really need a lot of fancy digital displays and would prefer a rechargeable toothbrush without all the extras since they tend to be heavier when they have those additional features.  This one suits me just fine and does a great job.

Con: I find I knock it over easily on its small base.

Oral B Pulsar

Oral B Pulsar

The Oral B Pulsar is designed for an individual who does not want a rechargeable toothbrush but still wants some of the benefits of electronic pulsing or oscillating brushes and superior plaque removal.

The Oral B Pulsar is a battery operated hybrid that offers long bristles which embrace the tooth and provide a deep cleaning down to the gum line.  Long bristles also provide a pleasing massage action which contributes to blood circulation and health gum’s.  Bristle design of the Oral B Pulsar helps to evenly distribute pressure of the bristles over the gum and tooth to prevent damage from excessive abrasion.

Oral B Pulsar Features

  • Long bristles distribute the pressure of brushing evenly to prevent gum damage and excessive wear on tooth enamel
  • Compact and portable design has no base battery operation
  • Offers the benefit of electronic pulsing and oscillating for plaque removal

Oral B Pulsar Review

Pro: A compact and handy little toothbrush.  This is the one I take on vacation with me since it doesn’t cost too much to replace if I misplace it unlike my full sized Oral B cleaning system. Economical too.

Con: It has a neat design but it’s pretty much like all the other battery operated toothbrushes from what I can tell.  I’ve never tried one though.

Oral B 1000

Oral B 1000

The Oral B 1000 Professional Care toothbrush has a built in timer to ensure that the minimum of two minutes brushing time is achieved during each cleaning, as recommended by Dentists.  The compact model also features a built in pressure sensor to warn the user of too much pressure which can damage tooth enamel by wearing it down and tear and damage gum’s.

A space saving designed unit to take up minimal space in the bathroom it has a simplistic appeal with basic functionality.  Affordable and priced accordingly to offer quality dental health care at an entry level investment.

Oral B 1000 Features

  • Two minute timer to train proper brushing duration

Oral B 1000 Review

Pro: This cute little model is all you really need.  I love it.  It’s perfect for me.

Con: I don’t see anything really extraordinary about this product.  It’s your typical rechargeable toothbrush.

Oral B Sonic Review

Pro: This oral b toothbrush unit looks very cool.  I don’t own this one but my friend does and it looks very modern.  I love the style of it and of course since it’s an Oral B toothbrush it leaves your teeth feeling amazing.

Con: The whole base is rather large but the actual recharger base is small and a bit difficult to line up with the unit.  You would think they would have made it a bit easier to put it back on the charger.  It’s a bit too complicated first thing in the morning and I frequently leave mine off my charger when I am in a hurry.

Oral B Vitality Review

Pro: The Oral B Vitality is the brush I have purchased for my teenagers.  Until they become more responsible with a more expensive model this gives me the satisfaction of knowing they are getting a quality cleaning without a huge investment.  It is also affordable and ideal for travel.

Con:It may be well within everyone’s price range but in my person opinion it looks a lot cheaper in design than the other Oral B rechargeable models.  You can tell it’s inexpensive simply by looking at it.

Oral B Triumph 9400

Oral B Triumph 9400

The Oral B Triumph 9400 can be used for the entire family.  A compartment located at the back of the charging bases holds up to four different brush heads which gives the user multiple cleaning options or the ability to assign a brush head to each family member.

The Micropulse bristles reach down to the gum line and stimulate the gum’s by gently massaging while successfully removing hard-to-reach plaque and bacteria between teeth.  The FlossAction head allows for a deeper penetration slightly below the gum line and clears plaque that can cause gingivitis or gum disease.

Oral B Triumph 9400 Features

  • Extra covered compartment to store brush heads
  • Includes charging base and travel case
  • Built in timer provides digital feedback on brushing time ensuring minimal cleaning time is achieved
  • FlossAction brush head gets between teeth and hard-to-reach areas
  • Micropulse bristles massage to the gum line and stimulate gum’s while clearing plaque and debris
  • Limited warranty

Oral B Triumph 9400 Review

Pro: With all the airborne debris in a home and particularly in a bathroom it’s a great thing to have the extra tooth brush heads covered up.  I think that is an invaluable design feature of the Triumph 9400.

Con: I love the compartment that hygienically stores the extra brush heads but I find when you go to take one out it is a bit awkward and you end up rubbing your brush head against the other ones which can be a bit gross if every family member has their own brush head.  The compartment also makes this base a lot larger.  It takes up more space.
